The fine print, in plain English
- Automatic renewal
- Paid plans renew automatically every month or year at the price you chose, plus any applicable tax, until you cancel. Checkout shows the exact amount and asks for your OK before anything is charged.
- Cancel online, anytime
- Go to Settings, then Plan & billing, then Cancel plan. No call or email needed. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for and are not charged again.
- 30-day money-back guarantee
- If a new subscription isn't right, cancel within 30 days of your first payment for a full refund.
- Trials never charge
- A trial doesn't ask for a card. When it ends, your workspace moves to the Free plan unless you choose a paid one.
- Reminders before you pay
- Yearly plans get an email 15 to 45 days before each renewal. Everyone gets an email 7 to 30 days before any price change, with a link to cancel.
- Nothing is ever deleted for going over
- If you move to a smaller plan, everything you have keeps working. You just can't add people or templates until you're back under the limit.
Questions
What counts as a person?
Everyone with an account in your workspace, admins included. The people you email don't count.
What's an active template?
Drafts and published templates. Archived templates are free and don't count toward the limit.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect right away and you pay only the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal.
Why is it priced per team instead of per person?
So adding a coworker never means a new purchase order. A full Studio team pays under $4 per person per month.
Do you charge sales tax?
Prices are in US dollars and don't include tax. We add sales tax only where the law requires it, and checkout shows it before you pay.
Can we pay by invoice?
Enterprise plans pay yearly by invoice. Other plans pay by card.
